2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon powdered mustard
1 tablespoon mustard seeds, toasted
1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
2 tablespoons hot water
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, vinegar, mustard, mustard powder, seeds and pepper.
2. Add the hot water and whisk well to combine.
